ArcherDX
Joined an eight-person startup and built the computational and software foundation supporting products across solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, liquid biopsy, and companion diagnostics—including FusionPlex, VariantPlex, and PCM.
Invitae
Led a 70-person oncology software organization after the ArcherDX acquisition. The work connected bioinformatics, clinical software, validation, and product development across laboratory-developed tests, distributed research products, and regulated diagnostics.
Adela
Helped take Guidepoint, a tissue-free liquid biopsy MRD product, from inception to launch. Built the computational R&D organization and contributed to next-generation assay architecture, wet-lab development, algorithms, and patent strategy.
Experience includes FDA and MolDX submission efforts, and the lessons they brought about keeping claims, evidence, and validation aligned.
